Welcome to Honeyboyshop. We are dedicated to ensuring your shopping experience at honeyboyshop.com is smooth and reliable. This Shipping Policy explains how we manage, ship, and track your orders. Honeyboyshop is operated by HONEY BOY, LLC.


SECTION 1: ORDER FULFILLMENT PROCESS

We handle every package with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

  • Payment Verification: We only begin processing orders once payment has been fully authorized and confirmed.

  • Operating Hours: Our fulfillment center operates Monday through Friday (EST).

  • Holiday Closures: Please note that we are closed on major U.S. postal holidays: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

  • Daily Order Cut-Off: All orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time, or during weekends and holidays, will be initiated on the next business business day.

  • Shipping Carriers: We utilize a network of trusted carriers including USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services to ensure the best delivery path for your location.


SECTION 2: SHIPPING TIMELINES & COSTS

We offer a simple, flat-rate shipping model for the Continental United States.

Shipping Summary:

  • Handling Time: 1 – 2 Business Days (Mon-Fri)

  • Transit Time: 4 – 9 Business Days (Mon-Fri)

  • Flat Shipping Fee: $4.99

  • Estimated Total Delivery: 5 – 11 Business Days

Important Note: Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time. While we aim for these targets, please be aware that external factors like severe weather or carrier disruptions are beyond our control once the package is in transit.


SECTION 3: TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
  • Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.

  • Shipping Notice: A second email containing your tracking number will be sent once your order is processed (usually within 1-2 business days).

  • System Updates: Please allow 3–7 days for the carrier to update their tracking information. If your tracking number isn’t immediately active, it simply means the carrier is still processing the parcel at their initial hub.


SECTION 4: SERVICE LIMITATIONS & ACCURACY
  • Delivery Area: We currently ship exclusively to the Continental United States.

  • Exclusions: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.

  • Address Accuracy: It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. Honeyboyshop is not responsible for lost or delayed items due to incorrect address data.

  • Reshipping Fees: Orders returned due to an undeliverable address will incur a reshipping fee.

  • Custom Orders: If your order involves customization, please expect a potential extension in processing time, which our team will communicate to you.
